Lymph Drainage Therapy

Raindrop Therapy
Raindrop Therapy is a powerful treatment for bringing balance, attunement and healing to the body. A combination of massage aromatherapy, Raindrop Therapy uses a sequence of highly antimicrobial and anti-fungal essential oils designed to kill virus that may lay dormant in the spine. Powerful Grade A Young Living Essential Oils are dropped like raindrops along the spine and massaged in, on the feet too. What is MeLT Therapy
MeLT THERAPY
MeLT is Muscle Lymph Therapy, a technique I developed over years of attentively investigating pain and swelling in my clients' body and how best to improve lymph flow AND muscle relaxation. What works for me has evolved into CONNECTIONS and MeLT.
CONNECTIONS is a muscle release technique that allows me to pinpoint and release each specific tight muscle and then the whole line of tension. Your muscles melt.
MeLT is also Manual Lymph Therapy. 22 years of practicing lymph drainage, I found long ago that releasing muscles with Connections, I could then increase the flow of lymph substantially. Clearing lymph reduces uncomfortable swelling, assists our body's detox, and increases healthy circulation and immune system health. It is deeply relaxing and stimulates the parasympathetic system.
MeLT reduces the extra fluid AND pain.
Advance Bodywork
Muscle Lymph Therapy
Muscle Lymph Therapy (MLT) pronounced MeLT is advanced lymph drainage therapy that also includes expert muscle releases called CONNECTONS that can be blocking the flow of lymph in the body. Expert release of neck muscles, front, back and side, and pec and shoulder muscles. Also arms and legs. Back muscles detailed to release each tight strand.
Other techniques that might be utilized are Hyoid and TMJ Release. Scar Release, too, can really allow better flow and relieve tension. Feel better. Clearing blockages and enhancing the flow of lymph while also relaxing muscles and lines of tension can reduce swelling, inflammation and pain. It is incredibly healthy. Customized attentive bodywork.
Visceral Manipulation
Gentle bodywork frees adhesions in the organs and relaxes overly tight ligaments. It can greatly improve the function of the organ. Each organ has a rocking motion that moves fluids and solids. This work resets the organs rocking motion. Great for digestive system and elimination system. Special techniques for kidneys, liver, stomach, etc.
CranioSacral Therapy (CST)
CST clears blockages in the movement of the cranial sacral fluid as well as nourishes your nervous system and eliminates wastes. Great for concussions and unresolved trauma. CST can cause some astonishing results by improving the nervous system and eliminating deeply held traumas. It can help headaches especially but numerous ailments and agitations, too.
TMJ Release
Comprehensive bodywork to release the jaw tension, lymph and sinus congestion. This work can unlock tension in the entire body especially the neck. Utilizing gloves, inter-oral release is most thorough but it can be done from the outer cheek and jaw. I utilize muscle CONNECTIONS, Lymph Drainage and CranioSacral with amazing results.
Reiki
Reiki (ray-key) is an ancient laying on of hands healing system that enhances health, balance and vitality. A reiki energy session opens blockages and permits our bodies to function at their best. Reiki energy works at the body, mind and emotional levels. The energy moves through the practitioner’s hands to the client through a light contact with the body or slightly above the body.
